Massinga named Quelimane Bishop
Bishop Hilário da Cruz Massinga, O.F.M. was named Bishop of Quelimane, Mozambique. The diocese had been vacant since the resignation of Bishop Bernardo Filipe Governo, O.F.M. Cap. in March 2007. Bishop Massinga had been serving as Bishop of Lichinga.
